Conformal Coat Technician

Job Description/Functions:

• Perform the service of conformal coating printed circuit boards

• Mask off non-coated areas on assemblies

• Conformal coat assemblies by spraying, dipping, and/or brushing

• Maintain equipment in such a way that keeps everything in proper working condition

• Prepare finished goods for shipment

• Properly dispose of unused chemicals

Qualifications Required/Job Specifications Included:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Experience in electronic manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to follow rules/instructions (verbal and written); ability to understand assembly processes; ability to read and understand assembly drawings; exceptional eye/hand coordination; must work well with other employees; able to pay close attention to detail and neatness; demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes; must have a thorough understanding of safety procedures, with respect to handling chemicals.
