Materials Associate

Job Description/Functions:
The position of Materials Associate is responsible to process, move, store, and administer the materials used in the electronic manufacturing process. Performs the duties necessary to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Provide production with required materials

Receive and issue assemblies and sub-assemblies to production

Fill part shortages
-
Move Kits to production
-
Cross train in the shipping department
-
Other duties as needed
Qualifications Required/Job Specifications Included:

High school diploma or equivalent GED
-
Experience with computer controlled inventory in an electronic manufacturing environment - preferred

Attention to details
-
Good communication skills, both oral and written
-
Ability to follow rules/instructions

Work well with other employees as a team

Ability to learn and apply ISO processes
Work Conditions:

Warehouse environment
-
9/80 work schedule, with every other Friday off
