Job Description/Functions:

Coordinating the organizing, planning, scheduling, directing, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating activities involved in the realization of a product or service offered to customers

The responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, directing, and controlling one or more projects of a new or continuing nature; initiating any acquisition process necessary to get the project work under way; and monitoring performance

Facilitate the manufacturing service process by maintaining a close relationship with the customers and with the cross functional teams

Responsible for the oversight of a customer product that begins with order entry and ends with product delivery- Responsible for coordinating with customer order requirements. Responsible for scheduling the original production/master schedule. Responsible for coordinating with purchasing prior to push-in or push-out of S/O to determine the cost impact.

Responsible for being the focal point of contact to the customer

Responsible for the overall management of customer accounts

Responsible for implementing ECO/ECN and Deviation Requests

Responsible for communicating with the customer about products which are non-conforming

Responsible for understanding and adhering to the procedure as defined in the EIT Planner's Guide and EIT ISO procedures

Minimize inventory investment and exposure
Forecast sales Responsible for managing and minimizing EIT's exposure and protecting EIT's interest
Qualifications Required/Job Specifications Included:

College degree or prior experience in similar position. B.S. in Business or Engineering. MBA desired.

Broad electronics contract manufacturing knowledge. Five years progressive experience in the electronics industry, preferably in Manufacturing.

General PC skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills, knowledge of production control

Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes
