Test Technician - Temporary - 2nd Shift

EIT (Electronic Instrumentation & Technology) is looking for a temporary Test Technician – 2nd shift, to join our team in our Leesburg, VA location! EIT is a Contract Manufacturer specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services and serves customers in the sectors of Industry, Communications, Aerospace, Defense and Healthcare.

Job Description/Functions:

The position of Test Technician is responsible for performing functional tests and/or calibrating production assemblies.

• Performs functional testing using written test procedures provide by Engineering and/or the customer

• Performs calibration of EIT proprietary products

• Performs basic troubleshooting on assemblies that do not pass tests

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school degree or equivalent

• 2 years of related experience, preferred

• Basic Electronics and trouble-shooting skills

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes

• Ability to work in a team environment

• High attention to detail

 

Working Conditions:

• Normal manufacturing environment

• Second shift: Monday - Thursday: 3:30 pm - 2 am

• Temp-to-hire position, minimum through the end of December 2024
